The project consists of a 44,030 SF shop building divided into one half Welding shop including 8 welding booths, 2 press breaks and the other half machine shop with 2 CNC machines 2 drill presses, lathes and other machines. The 3,780 SF office portion of the building includes 10 offices, break room, print room, conference room, and bathrooms with lockers.
