Energen Renovations – Midland, Texas

This project was an exterior facade makeover to an existing precast concrete building located in Midland, Texas for Energen.  The goal for the renovation was to bring the outdated facade up to date by replacing the dark gray tinted glass and repainting the brown precast concrete panels.  Sun shades were also used to break up the monotony of the facade.
