JNJ Apparel Facility – Northport, Alabama

The project is a 30,000 SF PEMB Apparel Facility in Northport, Alabama.  with a 3,700 SF storage mezzanine.  The building includes a 3,700 SF storage mezzanine and a 3,700 SF of office space at the entry level.  The office area includes a waiting and reception area, offices, art department, conference room, break room and toilet facilities.  Also included in this area is a production office that opens out onto the shop floor.  Adjacent to the main shop area is an ink room, screen prep, print/expose, dry coat, and reclaim rooms.  The exterior entry features multi-colored horizontal metal panels and canopy to accentuate the entry and became a design motif for the other buildings in the Union Station complex.
