Brose Facility – Lucy Design Associates

This project is a 120,600 SF new steel frame building addition to the existing facility that includes open manufacturing space, a new paint line, and new support office space including some mezzanine areas. The scope of this project includes site work, grading and drainage, concrete slab, a new steel framed building addition to match existing, electrical work including installing bus duct and lighting, installation of a compressed air loop, installation of a grease line for equipment and installation of new dock doors and dock-equipment.
