Union Station – Cool Crate Mini-storage – Northport, Alabama

This project is a single story, 32,000 SF mini storage warehouse building located in the Union Station office industrial complex in Northport, Alabama.  The building included a check in desk and retail sales area, manager’s office, restroom and climate controlled storage units in sizes ranging from 5′ x 5′ units, 5′ x 10′ units, 10′ x 10′ units, 10′ x 15′ units, and 10′ x 20′ storage units.  The exterior included a covered entry unloading area and multi-colored, horizontal architectural panels in keeping with the other building in the office park.
