TEC – Showroom and Office Addition – Birmingham, AL

The project for Tractor Equipment Company in Birmingham, AL was a 10,944 SF new tilt-up concrete showroom addition attached at the old loading dock and included an open showroom, museum, two large classrooms and a training shop.  The scope of project included 1,619 SF of interior renovation to convert part of the old warehouse into offices, a new breakroom, and bathrooms.  The total project area is 12,563 SF.  On the west side of the addition, there is an outdoor patio and large ramp for equipment displays and access to the training shop.
