Schlumberger – Pathfinder Facility – OKC, Oklahoma

The project consists of a new single-story 82,500 sf pre-engineered metal building workshop with a new 2-story 30,000 sf (15,000 sf per floor) pre-engineered metal office building. The 2-story office space includes a large break/training room, conference rooms, and large locker area. The second floor of the office includes a large command center for multiple Pathfinder operations. The shop building includes a work area, technician area, parts storage, machine shop, parts/tool wash bay, and receiving/dis-assembly area. The project also includes a 2,200 sf single-story CMU lithium battery storage building. New site improvements include employee parking, new truck entrance and exit curb cuts with security gates, and a detention pond, monumental sign, and lighted flagpole.
