Rice Mine Road – Retail Renovations

This project was a study for a developer to renovate an existing bank building into a new retail building featuring a Starbuck’s as the anchor tenant.  The design included a small addition and involved a complete re-cladding of the existing Wells Fargo Bank building.  Before and proposed after renderings illustrate the complete transformation that was proposed.
