United Engine Facility – OKC, Oklahoma
The 120,000 SF Shop Building for United Engine was built in Oklahoma City, OK. The building was a tilt-up Concrete structure with a steel framed internal structural system. The approximately $ 8M building included 4,000 SF of office space on each floor including offices, a break room, conference areas, and toilet and locker areas. The building also included an internal horse power test bay for United Engine to test the horsepower on their new engines.
